Luigi and Hannah met in Panama - just two days after Hannah arrived, and while Luigi was visiting for the first time in three years.From the very beginning, they both described it the same way: love at first sight. That night, somewhere between conversation and coincidence, Luigi turned to Hannah and said, “What if I just met my future wife here in this bar?” It felt bold at the time. Looking back, it feels like something they both already knew.

They spent the next two weeks inseparable - long conversations with Morrillo sunsets, and the quiet realization that this was going to matter.

When it was time for Luigi to return to Germany, they didn’t overthink it. They simply chose to continue. Hannah booked a one-way ticket, trusting what they both already felt.

After traveling through Southeast Asia, she arrived in Cologne, where they began building a life together. In those early months, they moved through the world side by sid e- Florence, Istanbul, New York, Tirana, Bucharest - each place adding something to the story they were creating.

A year later, they packed up their Volkswagen and set off on a three-month road trip across Europe. They made their way there slowly - through the French countryside, Barcelona, Valencia, Seville, Lisbon - letting the journey unfold one place at a time. The final stop - Peniche. Why? The surf of course. ;)

Looking back, their story has never been about having everything figured out. It has been about trusting what they felt from the very beginning, staying open to what life offers, and choosing each other - again and again.

And now, that journey brings them to Bogotá where they will start their next adventure, marriage!
