The closest airport is El Dorado International Airport (BOG) in Bogotá. The wedding hotel, Click Clack, is approximately 30 minutes from the airport, depending on traffic.

We have a room block at the Click Clack Bogota. We highly recommend staying at this hotel, as the traffic in Bogota can be unpredictable and will be leaving promptly from this hotel at the a lotted time to the wedding venue, which is still TBD.

The wedding will be at a hacienda in La Sabana de Bogota. This is about an hour outside of Bogota proper. We will be providing transportation to and from the wedding venue. There will be cars that can provide transportation back at any time from the hacienda.

The church ceremony will be held indoors, followed by an outdoor cocktail hour, with the reception taking place in a tent. La Sabana de Bogotá is known for its mild daytime weather and cooler evenings. Temperatures can change throughout the day, so we recommend bringing a light layer. The tent will have heaters to ensure everyone stays comfortable throughout the night.

We kindly ask that guests refrain from taking photos during the ceremony so everyone can be fully present. We promise to share plenty of photos with you afterward.

While we love your little ones, the ceremony and reception will be adults-only. That said, we will have childcare available at the Hacienda, just steps away from the church and reception. There will be games and entertainment to make sure they have as much fun as we do. The cost is $45 per child. Children are welcome for the welcome and rooftop brunch.

At the end of the day, this celebration is about our love and the people who have been part of our journey. We feel incredibly grateful to have you there with us. 🤍
